Canadian Lobster Tail (one piece)
Fresh Canadian Lobster Tail per piece 120-150g
How to cook lobster tail:
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Reduce heat to a soft boil and add Maine sea salt.
Drop tails in one at a time and set your kitchen timer for time 3-5 minutes. (Same time for larger quantities).
You’ll need metal tongs, gloves, or a strainer to get the hot tails out of the boiling water.
Cool the cooked lobster tails right away with fresh water.
Serve and enjoy!
