By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. Under the English law, we may not enter into a contract with any person under 18 years of age; hence by placing an order, you declare that you are at the age of 18 or over.
Your Statutory Rights
The contents of our terms and conditions detailed below do not affect your statutory rights in any way.
We reserve the right to change any of the contents of any part of this site, including these terms and conditions, at any time and without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that the prices on our website are correct. Our prices will vary according to seasonality, and supplies.
You are advised to check the prices of our products on this website before placing an order. If you are looking for continues supplies or wholesale agreement pleases contact us on 0161 736 0038 for a specific quotation; otherwise, we will apply the “days” price on the date of order.
Payment will be charged once your order is dispatched.
We will require the full address including postal code of where the credit/debit card is registered to. We will only deliver the goods to the card registered address unless inform us by email stated alternative address.
We should not be able to collect payments for reasons outside of our control, we will not dispatch your order.
If this happens we will make every effort to contact you and advise you. However, we accept no liability for any loss incurred due to the delay in dispatching your order.
Manchester Seafood delivers to all UK postal codes with the following exceptions: Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and all Scottish Islands.
We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses or overseas destinations as refrigerated transport is required.

We aim to supply our products to the highest standard. We make every effort to scale fish and remove gut for our customers; however customers still need to clean the product after you have received the order. No liability will be accepted by the company for any injury or loss as a result of these items.
In addition, for our fresh products, it is recommended to be kept in fridge at all times or to be consume within 48 hours after receipt of delivery.
For Live seafood, please consume with 24 hours after receipt of delivery, in order to keep the freshness of the goods once it’s cooked.
Most of our items are in stock and ready for purchase. You can check an item’s availability status on its product page. Please note, however, that availability information is estimated due to our live seafood products is seasonalised. There is a slight chance restocking may be delayed.
If your order contains both items that are in stock and items that need to be restocked, typically your order will be shipped out all together when the restocked items are available.
Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery service is currently ONLY available within Manchester City Centre and Salford area, (Minimum Order: £30.00)
A £4.99 Delivery charge applies for orders under £60.00.
Orders over £60.00 will be eligible for free delivery between Monday – Friday.
Orders over £80.00 will be eligible for free delivery on Saturday.
No delivery services on Sunday.

Saturday Order Placing before 2pm
Procedure of your order
“Next Day Delivery” is only available for Monday to Thursday when the order is placed before 12pm.
Orders placed after such time will be dispatched on the following Monday. However, if Bank holiday date applies, the order will then be delayed to dispatch on Tuesday.
Weekend and Bank Holiday are not eligible for “Next Day Delivery”, unless specially requested.

Standard delivery charges are £7.95 for each order with a maximum weight of 10kg.
We offer FREE delivery service for orders over £100.00.
ALL Saturday deliveries charge may vary, please contact us for further delivery information.
Accuracy of delivery details
You are responsible for giving us a full and correct address for all deliveries. If our delivery courier is unable to deliver any order due to any error in the address, you will still be charged for the order in full. Liability loss delayed due to such reason is not responsible to us. Should you ask for your order to be left in a specific place (for example a garden shed or in your porch) and the delivery courier cannot obtain a signature to confirm the delivery of your order, it will be left at your own risk. We accept no liability for its loss or damage.
Return/ Refund/ Exchange
Customers are only able to request a refund on their order on live seafood within 2 hours of successfully delivery (The time is calculated after delivery courier’s states successful delivery).
We are not responsible for any reasons in delayed receipt of the parcel by the actual person addressed.
(Due to the delicate live seafood we sell, it is important to be taken care of, i.e. box should be open ASAP.)
Cancellation of orders
Once you placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are usually dispatched the following working day. You may cancel your order at any time up to 08:00am on the day of dispatch by emailing customers service (email@example.com). Telephone cancellations are not accepted. No cancellations are allowed for special ordered products.
We will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us unless required to do so by law.
